Terms of Service

• You may not change the species of the character.

• You may not change any rarity traits unless granted permission by ME, the species owner.

• Minor changes can be made after your purchase, but the original design must still be recognizable. 

• You may not change the gender to make a second character (siblings / twins)

• You may change the gender of the character so long as it stays as is.

 MYO

• If you want a slot, please DO NOT send me the form in a note! Comment your form in the comments in journal.

• MYO prices are subject to change.

• Fill out the form fully and accurately.

• DO NOT start your MYO until all payment is sent.

• You may use bases to make your MYO, BUT you MUST credit the base creator.

• DO NOT re-sell your MYO slot, however gifting/trading is fine BUT I MUST know who is the new owner of the MYO slot AND this person MUST know my terms of service and MYO rules. You CAN'T gift/trade your MYO slot to someone who's on the black list.

• DO NOT send the payment until I accept your order.

• When a MYO design is finished then you must upload it to your sta.sh (NOT deviantart!) *.

• You must link me the MYO in a note for approval.

• If there are errors in your design you must fix them for the MYO to be approved.

• After the MYO is approved, you may upload it to deviantart and the MYO folder in the right group.

• When the character is finalized/made, you CAN'T change traits (remove or add).

• If you have a MYO slot and want someone else to make your character, you can BUT this person must know my terms of service and MYO rules and I MUST know who the artist is.

• When the MYO is approved, my terms of service will apply.

• * IF YOU UPLOAD YOUR MYO ON DEVIANTART WITHOUT MY APPROVAL,
  YOU MUST PAY A $5 USD OR 500  FEE!

 USAGE

• Once purchased in full, only you, and your co-owner(s), may use the character.

• You may use the design however you want non-commercially: role playing, to draw, an OC, etc.

• Your character may be friends with other species.

• Do not make your own without my permission / you need a MYO slot for that.

• Do not make a hybrid of my species without my permission.

• Do not make a baby or a child for your character from my species, you need a MYO slot for that.

• You may use the character(s) as personal use only. (only for non-species charas!)

• You may not use my species commercially. (You may take commissions and draw others' character(s), but don't sell any art, t-shirt or anything else with my species for a convention or in your shop.)

• Do not claim the original design as your own.

• Credit me for the species every time you draw your adoptable. Please tell your commissioners to do the same if you are requesting a commission of your character.

• You may not trace, copy, or edit the original artwork / species.

• You may upload the original artwork to any site with proper credit.

• If a base is used, don't forget to credit the base owner. 

• You may gift or trade.

• You may re-sell ONLY for the price you paid for that character unless it has art for it other than my own! (you MUST ask the original artist's for their consents to this though)

• You may NOT add on the price of a resell for artwork you received for FREE.

• Please notify me as to who is the new owner.

• If traded of gifted, the new owner must be aware of my terms of service.

 PURCHASING CHARACTER RIGHTS

• Character Rights purchases will be available on all non-species designs and Pupuru designs.

• Once purchased, you may use the design however you'd like commercially, however you are still obligated to follow my TOS

• This means you may use the design commercially, in comics, etc. It's whatever your heart desires!

• If you have purchased a non-species design from me in the past, you may ask me about purchasing rights at anytime and we will discuss it privately.

• Commercial rights NEVER transfer if the design is transferred to another owner! If they want commercial rights, they must purchase them from me.

 CO-OWN

• You may co-own a character, but I must be aware that both parties in question are aware and consent to the co-owning of the character.

• There's no rules of how you must split the cost, but both parties must agree to their share of payment/rights to the adopt.

• In co-owning, both/all parties must agree to the name, gender, story, etc.

• If co-owning, you may only gift or trade your half or part of the co-own.

 BLACKLIST

• If you are on the blacklist, you may NOT buy, use, sell, or receive any of my adopts from someone else.

• If you gift, trade, or sell one of my cs to someone on the black list, you will be added to the blacklist and your cs will be revoked. 

• If you issue a PayPal Dispute on me before I even have time to send you a refund, I will refuse further work with you, permanently. I promise I'll send it to you as soon as possible.
